Rules while on charter

  1. All charters are conducted under the authority and discretion of the captain. In the event of unsafe or unacceptable behavior, the captain may terminate the charter at their sole discretion.

  2. No illegal substances or firearms are permitted onboard. Discovery of the presence and use of illicit substances and firearms will terminate the charter without refund, and the yacht will return to its homeport.

  3. Please plan to be at the place of departure for Zoe II 30 minutes before the agreed start time.

  4. A cancellation called by the captain due to weather or mechanical problems will create either a deposit credited toward another charter date, or you may request a refund.

  5. The captain and crew shall not be held liable for any injury or fatality caused by either direct or indirect action of any member of the charter party.

  6. The balance of your charter price over and above your deposit is due and payable, 72 hours prior to the trip.

  7. Trash, garbage, or other materials are not to be thrown overboard into the water. Our crew will take care of any garbage for you.

  8. Children are welcome.The captain and crew are not responsible to babysit children during the charter.

  9. The captain may call you before your trip to discuss the weather, sea conditions, or any other matter regarding your charter.

  10. Smoking is NOT permitted on the yacht.

  11. Cancellations must be made in writing before 72 hours in order to be eligible for full refund. Any cancelation within 72 hours of departure will not be eligible for a refund.

  12. The charterer guests agree to be fully accountable for all furnished equipment aboard the yacht. The Charterer agrees to pay the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment.

  13. Charterers and guests agree to conduct themselves appropriately on marina property by respecting the privacy of other boats at the dock and maintaining safe and appropriate behavior on the dock and the yacht.
